We take great care to ensure that every work of art arrives in exceptional condition and that your collecting experience is as smooth and inspiring as possible. The following policies outline everything you need to know about ordering, shipping, returns, and caring for your artwork.
Return Policy
We want you to feel complete confidence when acquiring a work of art. Each piece is prepared and shipped with the highest standards of protection. Should you wish to make a return, the guidelines below apply.
United States Clients

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

Return shipping is complimentary for eligible U.S. orders.

Refunds are processed once the artwork has been received in its original condition and inspected.
Exceptions:

Final Sale Items: Special collections, photography, limited and open edition prints, framing services, and eGift cards are not eligible for return.

Oversized Works: Pieces longer than 60 inches (152 cm) or requiring special shipping do not qualify for complimentary return shipping, though they remain covered by the 14-day satisfaction guarantee.

Commissioned Artworks: Custom or commissioned pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
International Clients
Collectors outside the United States also benefit from our 14-day satisfaction guarantee, beginning on the date of delivery. Returns may be made by choosing either:

Store credit for the full purchase price, or
-
A refund to your original payment method, less a 20 % processing fee based on the total purchase amount.
If a work arrives damaged or has been materially misrepresented, it may be returned for a full refund within 14 days.
All international returns must be shipped in the original packaging, including certificates, and arranged through our team. Refunds are issued in USD and subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing.
Final Sale & Alterations
Special commissions, limited and open editions, framed works, and gift cards are considered final sale.
Artworks that have been stretched, cropped, reframed, or altered in any way after purchase are not eligible for return. No refunds are granted after the 14-day period.
Our Satisfaction Promise
Collecting art should be an experience of trust and joy. If, within 14 days, you change your mind, you may request a return, receive store credit, or (where applicable) a refund. Our advisory team is also available to help you find the perfect replacement piece.

Cancellation Policy

Standard artworks may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.

Custom or commissioned artworks cannot be canceled once the creative process has begun.

Once shipped, an order can no longer be canceled but may qualify for return under our Return Policy.
Price Adjustment Policy
All artwork prices are final at the time of purchase. We do not offer retroactive price adjustments or refunds if prices change after your order is placed. Each piece is unique, and its price reflects the artist’s practice and availability at the time of sale.

What to Expect After Purchase
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. The artwork is then carefully prepared, securely packaged, and scheduled for shipment. When dispatched, you will receive tracking information and estimated delivery dates.
Estimated Timelines

United States: 7–14 business days after shipment.

International: 2–4 weeks, depending on destination, customs, and handling.
Oversized or crated works may require additional lead time, communicated in advance.
Carriers and Logistics Partners
We work with trusted global carriers and fine-art logistics specialists, including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and dedicated art shippers, to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
Packaging
Each piece is packed with the utmost care using protective materials, custom crates when necessary, and secure wrapping. Works on paper or canvas may be shipped flat or rolled; framed or large works are crated to preserve their integrity.
Damage Policy
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address], including clear photos of the damage and packaging.
We will promptly arrange one of the following:

A full refund to your original payment method.

A replacement or repair, if appropriate and available.

Support with filing a shipping claim, handled on your behalf.
Please keep all original packaging until the matter is resolved.
