All artworks and products offered on the Site are subject to availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and may change without notice.

Taxes & Duties: Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout for U.S. customers. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by their country.

Order Acceptance: An order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailable inventory.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship artworks worldwide using trusted carriers and professional art logistics partners. Delivery timelines may vary depending on size, medium, and destination. Please see our Orders & Returns page for detailed shipping information, timelines, and policies.
Risk of loss and title transfer to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
5. Returns & Cancellations
Our return, cancellation, and damage policies are outlined in detail in our Return Policy. Please review them carefully before purchasing. Commissioned and custom works are final sale and not eligible for cancellation or return once the creative process has begun.
