If we receive a valid Counter-Notice, we may restore the material after 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that legal action has been filed to prevent reinstatement.
5. Good-Faith & Misrepresentation
Any person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing (or that material was removed in error) may be liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Please consider fair use, licensing, and other legal rights before submitting a notice.
