4. Counter-Notification (If Your Content Was Removed)

If your content has been removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe this was a mistake or that you have authorization to use the material, you may send a Counter-Notice to our Designated Agent. Your Counter-Notice must include:

Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your contact information: full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., that you consent to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which The Stag LLC may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or their agent.
Your physical or electronic signature.

If we receive a valid Counter-Notice, we may restore the material after 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that legal action has been filed to prevent reinstatement.

5. Good-Faith & Misrepresentation

Any person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing (or that material was removed in error) may be liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Please consider fair use, licensing, and other legal rights before submitting a notice.
